Job description

Overview The Program Manager III organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and implementation of all contract support activities for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices. Responsibilities: · Interface with government personnel. · Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards. Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates. · Provide a monthly status report to include a summary of services provided for the reporting period. This includes all key activities performed, schedule, risks, meetings attended, travel planned or completed, and accomplishments. · Responsible for the management and oversight of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under this task order, ensuring their performance meets established standards outlined in this Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and as required by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). · Oversee performance management program for all project staff – mentor team leads and set quant...
