In addition to the standard differential pay, you are entitled to a 10% premium differential for all hours worked while on orientation. Upon successful completion of orientation, you premium differential rate will be bumped up to 40%. The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depending on a nurse’s professional interests, certifications, and experience level. About the Job: The RN Float Team Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.
