The Banquet Bartender is to courteously and expeditiously prepare member/guest beverage requests using standard measuring devices and according to the formulas approved by the Food and Beverage Director. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent education - Thorough knowledge of beverage preparation, bartending operational procedures and bar sanitation procedures as would normally be acquired through at least one year of similar experience RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: - Set up the bar in function area in accordance with TPC Standards.
