Description JOB SUMMARY: This position must provide; a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding for the residents, employees, and visitors. The Janitorial Maintenance Tech must follow the instructions as given for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials. The Janitorial maintenance technician is also responsible for completing light building maintenance and repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on empty units. $500.00 dollar signing bonus payed after three months and a $1,500.000 signing bonus paid after six months. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Cleaning of halls, common areas, and vacant units, to include but not limited to, floors, walls, doors, bathrooms, grounds, stairwells, windows and appliances as instructed. - Develops property cleaning schedule with supervisor for adequate coverage of buildings and grounds. - Maintains appropriate levels of cleaning supply inventory - Maintains cleaning equipment in working order - Post notices as needed. - Work with maintenance and community manager for scheduling of vacant unit cleaning. - Assist in community meetings, holiday functions and special resident requests as needed. - Performs duties...
