JOB SUMMARY: This position provides leadership, direction, and problem-solving skills to eliminate manufacturing conflicts, document improvements, and maintain positive relations with our customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Be a customer service liaison between our facility and core injection facility. - Will develop and approve new and revised Activity Instructions criteria in the tool and die manufacturing areas. - Is responsible for daily interface and communication of issues with manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, and personnel responsible for the wax areas. - Be responsible for ensuring that the tool processes are performed in compliance with the methods, materials, and equipment specifications as detailed in the Corporate Tooling Manual (TM). - Will be responsible for determination of the root cause of any deviation from a critical process specification and develop a timely and formal reaction plan which will include an escalating help chain system.
