Your Opportunity Service Desk Technician Dublin, OH (On-Site): Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-7pm: The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing first level support for PCs, other equipment, software/applications, and network connectivity while providing a high level of customer service and first call resolution.
