As a Superintendent at Findorff, you will oversee the overall direction and successful execution of one or multiple large-scale commercial construction projects. This role provides strategic leadership across field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. You will lead and mentor field teams, manage subcontractors, build strong client relationships, and serve as a key representative of Findorff’s standards and culture. This position also plays a critical role in developing future leaders through training, coaching, and participation in company-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule projects, including developing short-interval schedules. Determine crew needs and schedule manpower based on estimates and project timelines.
