We are seeking a motivated Automation Systems Engineer IoT to join our advanced manufacturing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate IoT‑enabled hardware and software solutions that enhance automation, enable real-time data collection, and improve system connectivity across our manufacturing environments. This position combines hands‑on technical expertise with systems thinking and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support Resideo’s global Industry 5.0 ambitions. You will play a key role in identifying and delivering improvement initiatives, driving measurable value across our production sites in Europe and Mexico through increased efficiency and cost optimisation. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with industrial hardware, basic coding capability, familiarity with manufacturing environments, and a strong interest in international collaboration, including frequent travel.
