Management Analyst Senior - Community Services

Job description

Job Summary This position is in the Internal Services Department but supports the Department of Community Services and reports to the Contract Administrator. Under general supervision, the Management Analyst Senior is responsible for performing the contracting and procurement activities for the department in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. The person in this position will prepare, edit, and evaluate complex contracts, contract amendments, and formal procurement documents for review by the county's Prosecuting Attorney and approval of the County Manager, exercising considerable independent judgment. Using strong interpersonal communication skills and additional analytical skills, the incumbent will develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, Management Team, partners and customers with a strong focus on customer service.
