Description The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical research unit. This role will be perfect for you if: - You have an interest in clinical research and administration - You are detail oriented - You want to work in a collaborative environment More specifically, the Administrative Assistant must: - Ensure that the required administrative material and other office supplies are available; - Place supplies orders, request quotes and follow up with different vendors; - Order lunches for new employee integrations and internal meetings with sponsors, partners and clients; - Lead all archiving tasks of the organization; - Provide administrative support to the medical secretaries and other departments; - Replace the medical secretaries and receptionists to ensure business continuity for planned or unplanned absences; - Greet individuals entering Indero’s office while at the reception; - Ensure visitors are signing in the visitor log and are always accompanied and/or identified; - Write the agendas and minutes of the meetings in which he/she participates; - Participate in the monitoring of certain KPIs data; - File and maintain...
