The Supervisor of Residential Operations (SRO) will model person-centered practices and ensure dignity and respect for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while serving as a supervisor for other DSPs. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective supervision of staff. The SRO acts as a liaison between the DSP team, program management, and families, promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion for all individuals served. They are responsible for the development of activities and coordination of programming and services through staff development, individual support plans, and collaboration under the direction of the Manager of Residential Operations.
