They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values. What you’ll accomplish: - Provides administrative support to community staff - Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls - Maintaining membership files, association website and homeowner portal - Ensuring vendor insurance and W-9 files are current and organized - Fulfilling resident information requests - Assisting with the preparation and coordination of mailings and other important correspondence - Maintaining warranty information for office equipment, telephones, and computers - Monitoring the supply of important documents including: new homeowner packets, architectural forms, traffic and safety forms, etc. - Assisting with community meetings and activities as require...
