To lead, initiate and help both the Global TPG & FSD in lowering detention rates of Lloyds Register Classed vessels within dedicated Area. To provide background details on circumstances on any detained Lloyds Register vessel. To actively promote Lloyds Register as a Premier Class Society that promotes Safety & Quality within its Fleet.
