About the role We are looking for a proactive Community Management Specialist to drive the growth and engagement of our UK user community through localized content, campaigns, and events. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen user relationships, enhance community experience, and support ongoing engagement and retention initiatives across the UK market. Work location: Uxbridge, London: Main Tasks and responsibilities: Community Growth & Engagement Develop and execute community growth strategies tailored to the UK market Drive user engagement through campaigns, discussions, and interactive content Identify and nurture key users (KOLs, active contributors, brand advocates) Content Planning & Management: Plan and publish high-quality, localized content (posts, topics, campaigns) Moderate user-generated content to ensure quality and compliance Identify trending topics and align content with user interests Campaign & Event Execution: Plan and execute online and offline campaigns (e.g., test drive events, meetups) Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to launch engagement initiatives Support offline activities such as vehicle showcases and commun...
