Job Description: Responsible for designing PLC programs and SCADA systems for packaged generator sets, biogas digesters, and renewable natural gas upgrading systems. The PLC programmer is responsible for conceptualizing industrial processes for program designs and system protection schemes. The role requires analyzing mechanical and electrical designs, building a sequence of operations, implementing that sequence into a functioning PLC program(s), and assembling program(s) into a user-friendly SCADA system. Employee will also play a key role in the testing, commissioning, and upkeeping of their projects.
