Is seeking a Right of Way Agent, Sr., for one of our clients. Under the general direction of the Right of Way Acquisition Section Manager, the Right of Way Agent Senior position is responsible for technical right of way work of upper-level difficulty both in the field and in the office, performing acquisition, negotiations and relocation assistance; performing the related work as required per State and Federal statutes, codes and guidelines. Experience working with tribal entities and public lands is required. See below for other qualifications including a valid Arizona Real estate license. Essential functions include: Provides technical assistance that supports our client’s ability to meet project schedules and the goals of the Department.
