Job description

The Head of KYC Operations is responsible for stabilising, structuring and improving Inpay’s KYC operations. The role will ensure that the KYC team operates efficiently, with clear priorities, strong execution discipline and appropriate governance, while supporting the company’s regulatory obligations and commercial needs. The role is critical to strengthening operational performance, reducing backlog, improving transparency and ensuring a sustainable operating model across KYC processes. Key responsibilities: 1.
