The Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day triage of the pediatric Team activities of maintaining compliance and quality for pediatric patients, assuring timely admissions, assigning patients to the appropriate team members and monitoring patient care as ordered on the interdisciplinary plan of care. The Clinical Manager conducts the IDT meetings and supervises and supports clinical staff through evaluation and field supervisory visits and assures ongoing development of the teams’ clinical skills. The Clinical Manager will assure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations, CHAP accreditation standards, and the organization’s policies and procedures.
