Responsibilities of the position include: - Contract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals. - Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase. - Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors. - Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable. - Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance informatio...
