Your key responsibilities: - Act as a strategic finance partner to store operations, providing actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and commercial performance. - Analyse investment performance to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful recommendations that support business growth. - Lead investment appraisals for key strategic initiatives, ensuring robust financial analysis and post-implementation performance tracking. - Participate actively in senior leadership meetings, contributing financial insights and commercial perspectives to support strategic decision-making. - Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with operational stakeholders. - Oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting, delivering targeted insights on store performance, cost drivers, and strategic initiatives. - Ensure all financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities are tailored to the specific needs and strategic priorities of the Polish market.
