This role owns the strategy, design, and operational enablement of the digital experience—ensuring web and digital platforms are modern, trusted, high-performing, and future-proofed for the age of AI. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Platform Transformation: Lead the strategic transformation of the website from a content encyclopedia into an integrated platform that supports B2C and B2B education, engagement, reputation management, and tangible business outcomes. Strategy & Design Ownership: Own the end-to-end strategy, UX/UI design, and operational enablement for DaVita’s digital experiences to ensure they are best-in-class.
