Facility Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina Department: Medical Services Administration Job Family: Management Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Summary: Responsible for leading, enhancing, directing, organizing and monitoring all medical-related activities at CFVMC to facilitate seamless patient continuum offering cost-efficient and quality services that are competitive in the marketplace. Additionally, this position is accountable for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and executing strategies and tactics of the strategic business unit to achieve optimal financial performance, cost efficiency, business growth, quality performance, clinical superiority and market leadership. Works with a designated Medical Director(s) to provide collaborative leadership which blends clinical practice and fiscal issues/strategies.
