Overview: ***This position is available as a hybrid position in our Wilmington, DE office.*** The Senior AI & Automation Specialist is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI-enabled automation solutions across The Bancorp Bank. This role integrates machine learning, natural language processing, and data-driven decisioning into enterprise workflows, enabling the evolution from task-based automation to intelligent, predictive, and decision-driven processes. This position serves as the senior technical and strategic authority for AI within the Automation program, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise governance, model risk, and data management frameworks. The role operates across business, technology, and risk functions, requiring the ability to navigate evolving priorities, translate complex concepts, and drive enterprise adoption of AI capabilities within a regulated banking environment.
