As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of high volume of invoices to process payments and reviewing data entry to ensure accuracy of entry. Led by the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, this opportunity suits a strong communicator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with previous data entry experience. Please note: This is a 12-month term role. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how: - Enter high volume of invoices (warehouse or dealer direct) with strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Review supplier statements as necessary. - Assist with other administrative related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. - Check invoice terms and taxes for Suppliers. - Ensure that quantity received matches invoices.
