Job Description What is the Opportunity?: Digital Connectivity Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for building out and enhancing client connectivity solutions including Host to Host, SWIFT, API, and ERP integration products. What will you do?: What do you need to succeed? - Articulate vision and operational delivery for Connectivity solutions as part of RBC Clear OKRs - Build the strategy & execution plan for RBC Clear Channels, working with Technology and other cross functional partners - Set up an overall ecosystem for technical integrations and co-create a frictionless one-click technical implementation User Experience (UX); actively partner with product organizations and clients to identify implementations’ pain points and execute delivery of those solutions - Design seamless enterprise solutions for onboarding RBC Clear channels, RFP responses, client presentations/visits, client solution scoping and c, data formats/mapping testing, integration, documentation pre- and post-sales - Establish processes and procedures to scope and solution, set up assurance / training / testing programs to ensure successful product implementatio...
