JOB TITLE: Facilities Manager: LOCATION: Wilmington, NC- New Hanover County REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred. - Three to five years prior experience as a facilities manager/professional - Familiarity with general building maintenance needs (HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, building structural needs) SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Facilities Manager is responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all Coastal Horizons Center buildings and grounds, along with associated equipment used by the organization.
