The HR Technology Manager serves as the functional expert responsible for optimizing, governing, and enhancing Workday’s core modules globally, including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation (with Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence preferred). This role partners closely with the Senior Manager, HR Operations; Director, HR Operations; and key business stakeholders to ensure Workday is fully leveraged to support firm‑wide strategies and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as a Workday subject‑matter leader, providing strategic guidance to HR and business leaders on Workday capabilities, best practices, and scalable solutions.
