The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Apparel Product Development Assistant to support the Johnston & Murphy Apparel Team. This role will focus on coordinating samples, managing development tracking, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure seasonal timelines are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. How You Will Make an Impact Experience and Skill's You'll Need to Have - Support the product development team in executing seasonal timelines from initial development through production - Coordinate sample submissions, tracking, and approvals throughout the development process - Maintain and update seasonal development charts and track proto and fit samples - Manage sample logistics, including organization, follow-up, and communication with vendors - Assist with preparing for fittings and documenting updates from technical design reviews - Communicate development updates to internal teams and external partners - Support fabric, trim, and sample approvals in partnership with cross-functional teams - Provide general administrative and operational support...
