Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: - Coordinates all guest seating in accordance with proper station rotation - Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables - Takes guest information and quotes accurate wait time or maintains an orderly line, depending upon specific restaurant procedures, when tables are not immediately available - Answers phones, assists guests and takes messages as needed - Answers guest questions concerning restaurant concepts, menus and directions to and from various points - Interacts with all exiting outlet guests to thank them and solicit comments Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: - Cleans and organizes the host area and ensures menus are stocked and are in presentable condition - Maintains all comps, paper comp voids, special request forms, coupon vouchers a...
