Job Summary: Flighthouse is looking for a Creative Producer to help lead the next phase of our owned brands: developing, producing, and evolving content across platforms with a focus on scale, speed, and cultural relevance. This role is responsible for driving content from idea through execution: building on existing formats, launching new series, and pushing creative forward in a way that grows audience and engagement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, direct shoots, manage talent, and oversee post-production to ensure everything we put out is sharp, platform-native, and built to perform. You may also support client content capture, and other Flighthouse productions, on an as-needed basis, bringing the same creative and production rigor to brand and partner projects.
