Responsibilities: Qualifications: Required: Desired: - Provide Core Records support. - Troubleshoot issues affecting the generation of media (CD’s), support the CD Tower and Record Review room, and provide copies of fitness reports. - Process Customer Service Requests (CSRs) utilizing Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Saleforce). - Coordinate with DFAS, PSDs, Ships’ Personnel/Disbursing Offices and unit PERSTEMPO Managers on pay and personnel procedures and transactions relating to administration, administrative corrections, account management and claims for PERSTEMPO Hardship Duty Pay – TEMPO (HDP-T) by Navy service members. - Review and update SOPs. - Analyze the business processes for EMPRS and other related programs. - Coordinate to ens...
