Job description

The Corporate Waste and SIS Environment Domain Program Specialist is responsible for two primary program areas: - Subject Matter Expert and Oversight of waste (hazardous, non-hazardous, recycling, etc.) compliance activities by Stellantis NA facilities/organizations (US, CAN, and MEX) to ensure that applicable regulations are complied with, that new regulations are identified and incorporated into processes and procedures (SEBs, training, etc.), and to provide support to address any related compliance issues or risks. Additionally, the Specialist is responsible to provide support for Stellantis facilities on waste reduction and recycling initiatives to help the plant and company meet their KPI targets. - The Stellantis Industrial System Environment Domain Lead role requires that the specialist engage with the SIS central team and global environment domain partners to support the plant’s execution of the Environment Domain within North America. This requires that the Specialist help in development of the Domain fundamentals, tools and standards, and drives standardization and execution of the Domain processes throughout the NA plants.
