Worker Type Regular: Job Description: Summary: AV is seeking an experienced investor relations professional to serve as a strong second leader in the Investor Relations organization. Reporting to the VP/Head of Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the IR function, refining our equity story, and deepening relationships with analysts and institutional investors during a period of significant growth for the Company in a high-growth defense-tech sector. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable communicating with C-Suite leadership on shaping and influencing the Company story. Position Responsibilities: Strategic Communications & Company Positioning : Collaborating with the Head of IR, CFO, external advisors and other C-Suite executives the ideal candidate will enhance our company narrative and better define our competitive positioning.
