Job Description: The Role We are seeking inquisitive, forward-thinking team members, passionate about instructional design and excited to collaborate on designing and building innovative new approaches to digital learning at Fidelity. As a UI Learning Designer, you will assist our talent programs and learning organizations in producing digital solutions that deliver on their business outcomes. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and Front-End Web Development Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma Experience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Eagerness to innovate and think differently Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.
