About the role We're looking for a hands-on, content-obsessed Social Media Community Manager to own and grow our online voice across LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, our podcast ecosystem, and alea.com . You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Design team, and directly with our Founder, to support and promote his recently launched podcast, The Under Pressure Podcast . This is an ideal role for someone who’s native‑English content‑lover, naturally curious, a fast learner, turns raw transcripts into blog posts that drive organic growth and already has experience running social media and content for B2B brands, founders, or podcasts. Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn & Community Engagement: Engage with our founder’s network and amplify podcast or PR-related content in real-time. 1. Podcast Management (Under Pressure Podcast): Work directly with the Founder of Alea, to bring his podcast to life and grow its audience. Upload new episodes to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Audible, and YouTube. Write compelling show notes, pull-quotes, and social snippets for each episode.
