About the Role As a CRM Analyst, you’ll manage and optimize multi-channel communications, segment users for maximum impact, and run data-driven experiments to boost engagement and revenue. Leveraging analytics and automation, you’ll streamline processes, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actionable CRM strategies.
