Provides essential leadership coverage and support for Weekend Staff What You Will Do: Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing unit personnel and maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive nursing environment. Supervise charge nurses and frontline staff, contributing to staff coordination, scheduling, and throughput. Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff development. Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, fostering respectful communication, collaboration, and professional growth.
