What You Will Do: - Develops and mentors staff including but not limited to providing feedback, encouraging growth, and fostering training and education opportunities to ensure highest level of patient care. - Responsible for competency assessment of personnel in assigned area. - Oversees laboratory compliance with all regulatory agencies by established standards in collaboration with the manager. - Identifies strategies for the accurate and timely performance of high complexity testing in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
