The Role: In this role, you will monitor, identify bioinformatics pipeline deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance. You will aid in developing or specifying standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness. Working closely with bioinformatics and software engineers, you will help design or develop automated testing tools to ensure the continuous operation of the bioinformatics pipeline. We are hiring for a shift: Monday & Tuesday 06:00-16:00, Wednesday 06:00-11:00 &15:00-16:00, and Sunday 06:00-19:00. Here’s What You’ll Do: Monitor and maintain the scientific software to ensure its continuous operation. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve or annotate potential operating issues. Support computer system validation activities by drafting and executing qualification scripts and other documents Work independently and collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and implement improvements.
