Job description
Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Customer Management Maintenance System (CMMS) platforms, with a primary focus on Softwrench and Maximo. Provides technical support to field teams, manages preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling, partners with vendors on enhancements and issue resolution, and maintains reporting, access, and training content to support consistent operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ● Assists in the administration and maintain CMMS platforms, primarily Softwrench and Maximo, ● Create and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. ● Partners with vendor contacts on ongoing development, troubleshooting, and bug resolution. ● Provide CMMS user support for field personnel, including technicians, supervisors, and managers. ● Resolve internal IT support tickets, primarily related to CMMS issues. ● Maintain and update system configurations as internal roles and responsibilities change. ● Monitor and review work orders (WOs) using Power BI dashboards and reports; identify trends and support follow-up as needed. ● Create, review, and update internal policies and procedures ● Complet...
