Summary Director, Retail Excellence: Commerce Marketing Agency | CPG | Shopper & Omni‑Commerce Strategy About the Role: We are seeking a Director, Retail Excellence to join our commerce marketing agency and lead retailer‑specific strategy and activation for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands. This role sits at the intersection of shopper marketing, retail media, and omni‑commerce planning , serving as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams.
