Join us at Embark's short term adolescent residential treatment center in Springville, Utah, located in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range only a half hour from the Salt Lake Valley. Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change. - Associate Licensed Clinicians: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (DOE) - Fully Licensed Clinicians: $80,000 – $85,000 per year (DOE) Responsibilities: - Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy : Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families. - Personalized Caseloads : Manage a focused caseload of no more than 6 clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching. - Evi...
