JOB TITLE - Patient Care Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Directs, supervises, and is responsible for all sales and services by Front Desk and Optical department - Hire, train, coach and manage performance of team - Complies with laws and regulations in the Optical industry - Ensures the delivery of high-quality products and services to patients - Prepares routine reports on sales expenses for appropriate control and budgeting compliance - Provides in-service programs to company personnel - Maintains cost control of materials inventory and lab work through financial statement reconciliation - Meets with Sales Representatives to select and order new products with Clinic Administrative Manager - Resolves patient complaints and reviews patient surveys - Manages Staff/patient interactions on the phone and in-person - Assist with end of day counts and reports to prepare accurate deposits - Participate in hiring, training, and developing new staff members that are patient service oriented - Provide administrative support to the Clinic Administrative Manager when needed - Work closely with Clinic Man...
