Position Summary: Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to support patients throughout the cancer care continuum. The Oncology Nurse Navigator serves as a clinical guide, advocate, and coordinator, helping patients navigate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. This role works closely with providers, infusion staff, and external partners to ensure timely access to care, remove barriers, and improve the overall patient experience.
