Job Description Summary The Executive Operations Leader is responsible for providing strategic Operational leadership and oversight for GE Aerospace’s Power Generation Business located in Vandalia, Ohio.. This role is a key member of the Power Generation Senior Leadership team and will align Operational objectives in partnership with this cross-functional to the achieve the strategic objectives of the business. This role has direct-line responsibility for over 250 Manufacturing, EHS, Facilities and Security team members and will partner closely Quality, Sourcing and FLIGHT DECK leadership to ensure operational objectives are met. The Executive Operations Leader for this business will report to the Electrical Power Operations Leader, who oversees Operations across all Electrical Power businesses. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise in manufacturing, and a relentless focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
