Job Summary Professionally and effectively market, consult, and educate the advantages of PriorityMedicare benefit plans to prospective members, employers, consultants/agents to achieve personal and corporate membership goals and objectives. All efforts will be done in accordance with Priority Health policies and procedures and CMS guidelines. Substantial knowledge of both individual and employer group products and competition is required. Will be lead trainer for agents and new External Sales Representatives Essential Functions: Business Development – Individual PriorityMedicare Products: Generate new membership through direct sales efforts that include lunch/learn meetings, one-on-one meetings, and presentation at community sponsored events. Have up-to-date working knowledge of CMS guidelines and commitment to work within prescribed guidelines. Adequately prepare for and professionally deliver educational presentations. Facilitate the assistance of other internal departments (enrollment, customer service, etc.) to service existing members in a customer service focused manner.
