Membership Director Department: Center Staff: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Charles River YMCA: Reporting To: Jaclyn O'Neil: Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 / year Description: Position Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Program Director, and in the accordance with the policies of the YMCA of Greater Boston, the Membership Sales and Services Director is responsible for membership sales and service at the Charles River branch and will work closely with the Healthy Living Director to ensure membership retention. This individual handles all membership inquiries (phone, email, in person), trains and oversees all staff who handle membership inquiries, and establishes and leads a culture of excellent member service throughout the branch.
