About the role: The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This position is responsible for coordinating service work from intake through completion, ensuring accurate communication, efficient scheduling, warranty compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, customer focused, and thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
