General Information RaceOn is looking for a Trackside Performance Engineer to analyze data, optimize vehicle performance, and sharpen race strategies. You’ll work side-by-side with race engineers and drivers to turn telemetry into a competitive advantage - on and off track. Your mission: What you’ll do: - Data analysis: interpret race/test data using Cosworth, MoTeC , Atlas to maximise performance - Simulation & optimization: leverage simulation to improve vehicle performance - Python modeling & automation: accelerate analysis and build performance models - Race strategy support: deliver real-time insights and decision support (including AI-backed tools) - Trackside support: travel to races/tests to troubleshoot and optimize in real time Your profile: ✅ Education & Experience: - A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Motorsport, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering. - Minimum 2 years of experience in performance engineering in Formula E, F1, WEC, or similar high-level motorsport categories. - Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics, tire behavior, and control systems. - Proven trackside experience, collaborating with race engineers and drivers to fine-tune vehicle performance. ✅ Techni...
