Sociology thus addresses social relations of class, gender and sexuality, race, and ethnicity, though not limited to these. It does so at the level of individuals and groups, including organizations, structures, systems or societies. Through seminal texts and exemplary research, both classic and contemporary, this course aims to provide an overview of these major issues in sociology.
